Welcome to the Coastal Dynamics Lab at the Naval Postgraduate School!
I am a coastal physical oceanographer who focuses on understanding the interplay between land watersheds and the coastal ocean. I have also recently become the Director of the Consortium for Robotics and Unmanned Systems Education and Research (CRUSER).
I do a lot of work here and Google decided to let my family name it after me! I am dedicated to community outreach, and work with California State Parks Lifeguards, Monterey County Resource Management Agency, and local high schools to provide technical expertise and learning opportunities for all.
